- H5N1 has already mutated and its mutants resistant to treatment. The others are still sensitive.

Finally, here is some additional information.
Tamiflu, Roche and Gilead Science It was developed shortly before 1996 by Gilead Sciences, which owns the patent and sells the molecule (for $ 50 million and 10% of turnover) in the Swiss group Hoffman La Roche (Roche ®) which has the exclusive license under the trade Tamiflu ®. Since August 2005, Gilead denounced the contract that binds him to Roche, accusing it of underestimating his royalties. An agreement is made and the percentage increased to 23%.
