Saturday, February 26, we went to 7 30 pm to a new adventure, the sky is not very engaging. After 5 h30 road here we are. It is 12 h40, we have time to prepare. We are currently 80 members and we train two times a week.

Walking is a relaxing, but also physical activity. This sport brings a non-traumatic muscle strengthening, improving cardio-respiratory. Neither walk nor competition is an enjoyable moment in a group.
