A friendly group of Cotes d'Armor that we encounter on the Audax the region. They often move and we look forward to us concoct a small patent that we in turn would make them a visit.
Who are we?
Walking together is our motto. The Valiant is a walking club sport born of a simple desire to walk together.
We are currently 80 members and we train two times a week.

Walking is a relaxing, but also physical activity. This sport brings a non-traumatic muscle strengthening, improving cardio-respiratory. Neither walk nor competition is an enjoyable moment in a group.
